Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to both customers and internal installations, as well as managing technical support ticketing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deploy, maintain, monitor, and support OneDealer’s Web applications and infrastructures in both Azure, AWS/SAP Business technology platform.
- Install and configure Windows Server Components (IIS, Windows Services, Web applications, etc.) on MS Azure VMs and Cloud Services
- Support and configure DB systems based on MS SQL Server and SAP Hana both on premise and on cloud.
- Basic technical support and system configuration for SAP Business One on SAP HANA after related training.
- Research, monitor, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve system, performance, and networking issues.
- Provide support to users for their daily tasks, including account setup, security and network access.
- Coordinate with 3rd parties and hosting providers for necessary support.
- Track, log, and document issues through resolution.
- Contribute to the creation of knowledge base information, documenting technical knowledge in the form of wikis and short manuals.

- Ability to respond to urgent matters involving affected systems, including after business hours, on weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Experience with TCP/IP networks, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
- Experience in MS SQL DBMS Administration and Querying. Similar knowledge of SAP HANA will be considered a strong plus.
- Experience with Azure Applications Insights, AWS CloudWatch, Zabbix, or Grafana/Prometheus Monitoring will be considered a plus
- Experience with web applications using (IIS, Nginx, and Apache) Web servers.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure, and AWS.
- Previous work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Certifications and/or work experience with Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Linux, SAP products, Database administration, and Apache/Tomcat would be appreciated as a plus.
