Every two years, around four-hundred Mercedes Benz Service partners gather in Germany to discuss the latest industry news and hot topics. This year’s event took place at the Marriott Hotel in Berlin between 15th and 17th February and featured approximately fifty service and solution partners showcasing their product portfolios.
This year also marked the first time OneDealer participated in the event, at which it presented its new automotive platform for dealerships, OEMs and manufacturers.
“We were delighted to show the Mercedes Benz Service partners OneDealer’s capabilities,” explained Steffen Duffner, Director of OneDealer Services Europe. “We had several interesting discussions as a result and have further dedicated follow-up sessions planned for the coming weeks.”
OneDealer also took to the stage, having been granted one of the major speaking slots. With nearly one-hundred audience members listening intently, Robert Battenstein’s topic “Service Processes in a change, the customer in the middle”, proved very popular indeed.
Overall, this was a very successful event and one which the OneDealer team looks forward to participating in again come 2019!
