Established in 1992, S4 has created an enviable name for itself by focusing on satisfying customers and creating bonds with companies that go far beyond standard partnerships. The new ownership arrangement with OneDealer is a case in point.

Thanks to the S4 acquisition, this state-of-the-art technology will be made available to Austrian auto dealers, offering a perfect integration between the OneDealer omnichannel digital suite and the incadea DMS. The result will be an all-in-one solution to help dealerships boost sales and significantly improve customer loyalty.
The change in ownership won’t impact S4 service levels, since the company will keep working closely with the previous owner, CSS GmbH, all across its product portfolio.
