User logs in to MS Office 365 email account and clicks on Outlook.
Then selects an existing email
and the OneDealer icon appears on the right upper corner of the email.
By clicking OneDealer icon the Side Panel appears, and the user logs in as it was in OneDealer Digital Sales Workplace (DSW).
Five options are available for the user to:
- create a Contact out of an email
- attach an email (and the attachments) to a Business Partner
- attach an email (and the attachments) to a Lead/Opportunity
- get redirected to an open Service Lead relevant to email contact
- attach an email (and the attachments) to a Vehicle relevant to email contact
After a successful login, the add-in automatically selects one of the following display options according to the email contact.
- If the email contact does not exist in OneDealer then automatically appears the Contact creation form with pre-filled contact person data and the ability to modify all fields before creation (A. option).
- If the email contact exists in OneDealer, you can attach the content of it in the Business Partner documents sections (B. option)
- If the email contact exists in OneDealer and there are open Leads/Opportunities, you can select any of them and attach the content of the email to this (C. option).
- If the email contact exists in OneDealer and there are open Service Leads, you get redirected to the relevant Service Lead concerning the email contact (D. option).
- If the email contact exists in OneDealer and there are Vehicles relevant to the email contact, you can select any of them and attach the content of the email to this (C. option).
By clicking the icon a new window appears, and you get redirected to OneDealer DSW selected Lead, Opportunity, Service Lead, Business Partner or Vehicle.
The user can log out from the OneDealer Side Panel by clicking the icon .
