Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and ambitious young professional to join our executive team as Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career to gain extensive exposure to high-level business operations and strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be a versatile self-starter with excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives
- Executive Communication: Draft communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO for internal and external stakeholders
- Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional projects from conception to implementation, coordinating with department heads and monitoring progress
- Meeting Management: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda creation, documentation of key decisions, and follow-up on action items
- Administrative Efficiency: Optimize the CEO’s schedule, prioritize critical matters, and ensure efficient time management
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the CEO and other departments, ensuring information flows smoothly across the organization
- Special Projects: Lead special initiatives as assigned, particularly those involving AI implementation and digital transformation
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience (internships and relevant academic projects considered)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek (required)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their business applications
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or SaaS business models
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Proficiency in German
- Background in project management or operations
